LPA 008 is used to notify the OPG that an application to object to the registration of an LPA has been made to the Court of Protection.

EP1PG is an amended version of the current EP1 form to enable applicants to indicate an intention to register an Enduring Power of Attorney after 1st October. EP2PG is an amended version of the existing EP2 form to enable applicants to register an EPA created before 1st October with the OPG.
